The response times are best efforts and not time to resolution. Home Essentials is for 12 months only and cannot be renewed, unless a new license is purchased. The business Support and Maintenance subscriptions are for 12 months and must be renewed on or before the expiry date to retain access to support and maintenance. Your account with history will be migrated, but you will be prompted to recreate your password.

Support and Maintenance can be renewed annually after year 1. The purchase price includes the perpetual license plus one year FREE Standard Support and Maintenance.
